From start to finish the Loft Doctor team were helpful, knowledgeable, communicated brilliantly and always available. Dave our fitter was particularly great as did not go until the job was completed to his very very high standard.

Responded quickly on initial contact. We were seeking insulation and loft floor boarding. Surveyor visited within days, and was helpful without being pushy. Price appeared to be similar to other quotes. Work started within a few weeks, to suit us. Professional service throughout. Mike was prompt, respectful, tidy, covered up carpets, took away all rubbish, cleaned up afterwards and worked a long day. It looks to be a good job. We have tripled our storage space and hope that we have significantly increased our insulation. The next winter’s fuel bill will be the judge. Highly recommended.

Anthony and his team who carried out the job were awesome. Not only were they proper grafters, they are very pleasant lads, respectful of my property, completed the job to a high standard and everything was cleaned up afterwards.
My only negative is that the initial survey was poor, meaning that when the team arrived to do the job, they couldn’t. I had recommended this company to my neighbour who also had this issue. I felt really bad for the lads who were getting exasperated at the amount of times this happens.
In summary survey needs improving, everything else was flawless.

Before and after service brilliant, didn’t feel as if i was being pushed into making a quick decision, very good price compared to other loft fitting companies. Fitter was also brilliant, job completed quickly, no mess left. When I enquired with ladies at the company regarding a replacement LED light, I received 2 personally delivered.
Had this company round for a difficult clean up (after complete roof renewal the week before), and full loft boarding. Initial problems caused by the surveyor not conveying correctly to the office parts of the job agreed, were quickly sorted out by Anthony (Installer), and Maria & Caroline in the office. The guy’s, Anthony, Scott & Wilson, all worked their doo-dars off, turned up on time, we’re polite (nice bit’s of banter), and completed the Job to a excellent level of proffesionalism.
